Main Street Fitness Center Overview

Some gyms can be intimidating. Not Main Street Fitness Center. Our 2,400 square foot gym offers you many options to meet your fitness goals in a clean, relaxed and friendly environment. Health and fitness are made easy and convenient with our keypad entry program that allows you to workout when you want, as well as the option of a free workout in our center with the enrollment of your child in a karate class. In addition, all fitness members are welcome to work out with karate classes during their first 20-30 min. aerobic warm-up.

Total Body Workout  - -   FREE with Fitness Center Membership!!  

Alex's Total Body Workout is an engaging and challenging workout experience. It is designed to help you get into shape, no matter how fit you are. In this class you will shed fat, build muscle, and improve your overall energy and endurance all in 60 minutes. Classes are available three times a week, and are never the same.

Alex's Total Body Workout combines intervals, cardio drills, plyometric exercises, and functional strength training to provide you with the best and most efficient workout. You can burn 400-600 calories during classes that are both fun and unpredictable. You'll never get bored and you'll always get a good workout. Alex is an enthusiastic and dedicated instructor and will work with you to ensure you get the most out of each class.

No matter what setting or background you come from, you can gain something from this class. Attendees include everyone from teens to retirees, student athletes to busy working mothers; it doesn't matter who you are, how old you are, or what you do. These classes will help you get stronger, tougher, trimmer, and fitter.

Through basic yoga postures and breathing techniques you will create balance throughout the body by developing both strength and flexibility. Balance is created through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession or more slowly with an even flow. It is a full-body work-out for stress reduction, strength and flexibility. Yoga can help to:
