Those with very young kids ages 5-7 for our Little Dragons Karate Program

 Those Adult members who are registered in the Fitness Center can work out when they want between the hours of 5:00am-11:00pm with our Key Pad Entry System.

Those who want to workout during supervised hours Monday- Thursday 5:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

Those 15- 17 years old who would be allowed to join the Fitness Center but could only work out during supervised hours at a discounted rate.

Karate & Self Defense Program Benefits

Students learn striking hand techniques, kicks and blocks. Practice also includes self-defense and free style sparring. For advanced students, training is given in JuJutsu and AikiJutsu maneuvers. Starting at green belt, students are introduced to the use of oriental weapons, bo and sai. Safety is strictly enforced, especially with beginners. Here are some examples of what you will learn:

Anyone can learn Karate – men, women, children. No special talent or physical strength are required, only discipline and willingness to work hard.
